Thank you for shopping with Beer Craft Gear! This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping methods, costs, and delivery timeframes. We currently ship to all states within the United States.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping:
- Handling Time: 1-3 business days.
- Transit Time: 5-7 business days after shipment.
- Carrier: UPS or USPS.
- Total Delivery time: Most orders using standard shipping arrive within 6-10 business days from date of purchase.

Large Item Shipping (Motor Freight):
- Handling Time: 1-3 business days.
- Delivery Time: Most deliveries take approximately 7-10 business days from the date of shipment.
- Service: Standard curbside delivery. This means the carrier will deliver the item to the curb at the end of your driveway. It does *not* include inside delivery, unpacking, or setup. You will be responsible for moving the item from the curb to its final location.
- Contact: The freight carrier will typically contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
Important Notes about Delivery Times:
- Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
- Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. While we make every effort to ship orders promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
- Orders are processed and shipped from Seattle, WA.
- The total delivery time is the sum of the handling time and the transit time.
Shipping Costs
- Free Shipping: Orders over $100.00 (before taxes and after any discounts) qualify for free standard shipping.
- Flat Rate Shipping: A flat rate of $6.99 applies to orders under $100.00.
- Large Item Shipping: Shipping costs for large items shipped via Motor Freight are calculated at checkout based on the item's weight, dimensions, and delivery location. These cost will be display before you place your order.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship only within the United States (all states). We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on the carrier's website.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
Beer Craft Gear is not responsible for lost or damaged packages after the carrier take it. Please file a claim directly with the carrier (UPS, USPS, or the freight carrier). You will need your tracking number and any supporting documentation (photos of damage, etc.).
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to reship the order.
