At Beer Craft Gear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns within 90 days of the date you received your merchandise.

Return Eligibility

  • Timeframe: You may return eligible items within 90 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: All returned merchandise *must* be in new condition, unused, and in its original factory packaging. This includes:
    • All original boxes (including all packaging materials).
    • Documentation and instructions.
    • All accessories.
  • Inspection: All returns are subject to our inspection and approval.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized items.
  • Custom items.
  • Shipping and handling charges (except as noted below for free shipping returns).

Return Process

  1. Contact Customer Service: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team:

    Please contact customer service for return or replacement instructions.
  2. Obtain Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning your item. Do *not* return any items without an RMA.
  3. Package Your Return: Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging, including all materials mentioned above. Include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. It is important to save all packaging and not destroy boxes in case of a return.
  4. Ship: We will provide the exactly address to return and follow instruction from customer service team.

Refunds, Credits, and Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund, credit, or exchange. You can choose from the following options:

  • Refund: A refund to your original payment method.
  • Merchandise Exchange: An exchange for the same item (if available) or a different item of equal or lesser value.
  • Store Credit: Store credit for future purchases.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Standard Returns (UPS): Returns via UPS for eligible items are free of charge.
  • LTL (Freight) Returns: Return shipping charges for items originally shipped via LTL freight are the *sole responsibility of the purchaser*.
  • "Free Shipping" Returns: For all returns and order cancellations where the original order qualified for "free shipping," a shipping charge equal to the *actual cost* of the original shipment will be withheld from your refund. This reflects the cost we incurred to ship the item to you initially.

Restocking Fee

Items that are returned damaged, used, missing parts, or without proper packaging materials are subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the item's price. This fee will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged, Wrong, Missing, or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, wrong, missing, or defective item, please contact our customer service team *immediately* upon receipt. We will provide instructions for returning or replacing the item. Please do not attempt to return these items without contacting us first.
