Price Match Policy

At Beer Craft Gear, we are committed to providing our customers with competitive prices. If you find a lower price on an identical product from a qualifying retailer, we will match it to ensure you get the best deal.

Price Match Eligibility

1. Qualifying Retailers:

   • The price match applies to identical products sold by authorized retailers, whether online or in physical stores. Third-party marketplaces (e.g., eBay, Craigslist) and auction sites are not eligible.

2. Identical Products:

   • The product must match exactly, including brand, model number, size, color, and condition (new, not refurbished or used).

3. Availability:

   • The item must be in stock and available for immediate purchase at the competing retailer.

4. Documentation Required:

   • Customers must provide proof of the lower price, such as a screenshot, link, or advertisement showing the product, price, and retailer.

Exclusions

The price match does not apply to:

• Clearance, closeout, or liquidation sales.
• Limited-time promotions such as flash sales, Black Friday, or Cyber Monday deals.
• Bundle offers, free gifts, or special financing.
• Pricing errors or misprints.
• Membership or subscription-only pricing (e.g., Costco, Sam’s Club).
• Items sold by third-party sellers or on auction sites.

How to Request a Price Match

1. Before Purchase:

   • Contact us at support@beercraftgear.com or call (786) 721-4270 to request a price match before completing your purchase. Provide the necessary documentation and product details.

2. After Purchase:

   • If you find a lower price within 7 days of your purchase, contact us with proof of the lower price. If eligible, we will refund the price difference to your original payment method.

Conditions

• Price matches cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or coupon codes.
• Beer Craft Gear reserves the right to verify the price and availability of the product at the competing retailer.
• We reserve the right to deny any price match request that does not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.
